Kara graduated from Springfield College with a B.S. in Rehabilitation Services in 1999, and then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH- Institute of Health Professions in 2002. Her first career job was at the world renowned Steadman Hawkins Denver Clinic in Colorado, home of the team physicians for the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies. Kara's love for sports and athletes continued as she opened a practice and focused on orthopedic rehabilitation. After relocating to Maryland in 2013, Kara is ready to jump back into the swing of things and treat patients again!
